Job Description: As a Business Conflict Resolution Specialist at Yellow Oak, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex challenges and achieve positive outcomes in their business endeavors. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, your agility and versatility will be essential as you tackle a variety of conflict resolution tasks and support our clients in reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Conflict Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client business environments to identify potential conflicts and vulnerabilities.
- Strategic Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze conflict dynamics and develop strategic approaches to resolution.
- Negotiation Support: Assist clients in negotiations by providing expert advice, conducting research, and developing negotiation strategies.
- Mediation Facilitation: Facilitate mediation sessions between conflicting parties, fostering constructive dialogue and guiding them towards mutually acceptable solutions.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the conflict resolution process.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation detailing conflict assessments, analysis, and resolution strategies.
- Training and Capacity Building: Provide training and workshops to clients and their teams on conflict resolution techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in conflict resolution is not mandatory.
